What you’ll study

On this online short course, you’ll study the principles of effective team performance, team leadership and team participation.

  • Apply methods to select, develop, appraise, reward, lead, coach and mentor team members to achieve optimum team performance.
  • Identify what’s necessary to implement an integrated approach to high performance work practices in relation to team development and management.
  • Discuss the obstacles to effectiveness that teams may experience.

Leading and Managing High Performance Teams is an eight-week short course, delivered 100% online. You can study with us anywhere in the world and manage your study hours to suit you.

  • two 1,200-word essays (60% of your final grade)
  • a reflective review in the form of a 1,000-word essay (40% of your final grade).
