On this course, you will:

  • carry out an analysis of your personality and leadership type
  • complete an online leadership simulation, the Everest Challenge, which requires you to plan and execute a survival strategy, using limited resources to overcome challenges
  • gain a greater knowledge of your leadership behaviours and capabilities in the context of your cultural and professional environment
  • explore a range of leadership case studies to learn how and why different decisions are made depending on situation, context and experience
  • consider your own professional development and look at future business trends.
