You can choose from two Postgraduate Certificate qualifications. Each allows you to specialise in a different area of dispute resolution.

To study part-time, we recommend you take no more than 30 credits per term.

Study option

PgCert in Mediation

You’ll work through two 30-credit courses to gain this specialist qualification in mediation.

You’ll work through two 30-credit courses to gain this specialist arbitration qualification.

This PgCert is:

  • only available to students with a law degree from a common law jurisdiction
  • recognised by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. With this qualification, you’ll be exempt from the CIArb’s membership exams on the International Arbitration pathway.
